Leadership

Mr. Preston is our Founder and Chairman of the Board, CEO and President. Since founding our predecessor in 2016, Mr. Preston has served as Executive Chairman and has overseen the acquisition of its portfolio of properties. In addition, since joining our predecessor’s parent company, NADG in 1999, Mr. Preston has overseen all aspects of NADG’s operations in the Southern United States. Prior to joining NADG, Mr. Preston served as an Analyst at CIBC Oppenheimer in New York. Mr. Preston received his MBA from the University of Florida and his BBA degree from Southern Methodist University.

Mr. Revol is the Chief Financial Officer of FrontView REIT, bringing over 20 years of experience across real estate and finance, with deep expertise in corporate finance, capital markets, REIT operations, and strategic transactions. Previously, he was SVP of Capital Markets at CyrusOne, where he led $15 billion in capital formation to fund data center growth. He also served on the Management Committee of Spirit Realty Capital as SVP of Finance and Investor Relations for over seven years leading corporate strategic transactions, process improvement, financial planning and IR. Earlier in his career, Pierre was a REIT investor at primarily at Point72 for seven years and served as an investment banking analyst and associate at Goldman Sachs. He holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School and a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Ireland serves as our Chief Operating Officer. Since 2016, Mr. Ireland has served as the Executive Director for our predecessor, where he was responsible for all facets of the acquisition process and asset management of the portfolio. Over the past 17 years at NADG, Mr. Ireland has been involved with the acquisition, development, operation and disposition of more than 2.5 million square feet of retail and multifamily assets. Prior to joining NADG, Mr. Ireland worked at Wells Fargo in their commercial lending division and was a development associate at Lincoln Property Company in Dallas. Mr. Ireland received his MBA degree at Southern Methodist University.

Mr. Fukurmua serves as Chief Accounting Officer. Mr. Fukumura joined our predecessor in 2018, and served as Director of Accounting and Tax from 2018 to 2021. From 2021 to 2024, Mr. Fukumura served as our predecessor’s Vice President, Accounting and Tax. Since October 2024, Mr. Fukumura has served as the Company’s Vice President, Accounting and Tax. Prior to joining our predecessor in 2018, Mr. Fukumura was a Corporate Controller with Venterra Realty, a multi-family real estate and investment company from 2012 to 2018. From 2006 to 2010, Mr. Fukumura worked in public accounting in the audit and assurance group of Ernst & Young Mr. Fukumura is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from York University in Toronto.
